When you work with Nip & Tuck, let us know what your budget is and tell us about other components of the project.  We can cater our recommendations to fit your budget and help you through the design process.

We work with individuals and designers.

We will work with fabric from any source at no extra charge.

Many factors dictate the cost of a project.  Pillows and cushions are priced by size, type of details and whether we are providing a pillow insert or foam. 

Draperies and window treatments are priced by how many widths of fabric are used, whether it is lined or interlined, length and top treatment. 

Bedding is priced by standard bed sizes and styles of pillows, comforters, coverlets, duvet covers and bed skirts. 

Slipcovers are priced by the size and type of furniture.

We require a deposit of all material costs plus 50% of labor to put your project into our work queue.

We accept cash and checks for payment of materials and labor.  We do not take credit or debit cards.

We experience seasonal changes in our work timeline.  In summer and fall work is typically completed in 4-6 weeks.  In winter and spring work is typically completed in 2-4 weeks.  These are general estimates to help you plan your projects.  Please call us for a current work timeline.

We will call you when your project is ready to be picked up.  The remainder of payment is due upon pick up of your order.

We can make recommendations for drapes and window treatments based on your style ideas and light control and/or privacy needs.  The scale and proportion of window treatments to the windows and the whole room makes all the difference.

We can recommend a local installer that will measure your windows, install your drapery hardware and hang your drapes.

We recommend having all the bedding on your bed that you normally sleep with before measuring your bed.  Sheets, blankets, duvets and sleeping pillows may seem insignificant but can add up to inches of additional height or width on your bed and can result in a custom piece that is too small.
